S · Strategic clarity
Within a short profile review, a relevant visitor should understand who the account serves, what problem it addresses and in which context. Review the bio, pinned content and first visible posts together. If they describe different businesses, visual consistency will not repair the positioning gap.
I · Information and evidence
Inventory evidence types rather than counting testimonials: process, contextual results, method, people, boundaries and permission-safe customer proof. An account made only of promises creates noise. An account with one evidence type leaves important objections unanswered.
G · Grammar of the content system
Identify recurring series, cadence and relationships between posts. Does education lead to a relevant case, and does the case connect to a clear service? If every week starts from a blank page, the operating system is the constraint even when individual posts perform.
N · Next step and learning
Check whether the profile offers proportionate actions for different levels of readiness: learn, compare, ask or book. Then document which business signals are reviewed after publishing. Without a learning step, the audit becomes a one-time opinion.
