RESOURCE / PLANNING

An AI Instagram content planner is only useful when every post has a job.

A calendar filled with formats is not a strategy. “Reel on Monday” says nothing about the customer decision, evidence or business result the content should support. This page gives you a planning method you can use in a document today. Fabulica becomes relevant when you want the same method populated from a specific account’s voice, history and goals.

The goal → proof → format → action method

1. Select one weekly business outcome

Choose a primary outcome the team can recognize: qualified consultations, reservations, repeat visits or launch demand. Define the behavioral signal that would count as progress. Reach may support the outcome, but it is not a substitute for direction taps, inquiries, bookings or another observable action.

2. List the evidence a customer still needs

A customer acts after enough uncertainty has been removed. A consultation may require method, relevant proof and a safe first step. A visit may require product, atmosphere and timely availability. Audit the profile for missing evidence before brainstorming topics.

3. Give each format one editorial job

Use Reels to make a process visible, carousels to structure a decision, posts to hold a case or point of view, and Stories for timely context. A format can do more than one thing, but the brief should name one primary job and one next action.

4. Reserve a slot for reality

Keep one position open for something the business learns or changes during the week: a customer question, availability, a menu decision or a new case. This prevents the calendar from becoming polished but detached from operations.

Worked output: one week for a local service

Objective
Support a target of five qualified consultation requests without discounting the service.
Monday · carousel
“Three signs you may not need this service yet.” Job: build trust through boundaries. Action: save the checklist.
Wednesday · Reel
Show one team decision: what was checked, which option was rejected and why. Job: reveal method. Action: view the related case.
Friday · case post
Starting point → constraint → decision → truthful result. Job: provide evidence. Action: request an assessment.
Stories
One audience question, one expert answer and two factual openings for the following week.
